I will be entering a design for the Low Budget Submarine of the Sky, in other words a dirigible. Low Budget must soar like a whale of the sky, not like a manatee of the sea.

I think it will require a place to play electric guitar on a stage that hovers over a pit of snakes.

Cioffi needs to quit being such a wet blanket and recognize that, while ambitious, Low Budget FM requires a submarine and this is the only way it can happen.

Can the Low Budget FM sub take me to the Gathering of the Jugalos?

submarine fever has hit in my house. my 4-year-old step daughter, a big fan of the show, has been drawing submarines nonstop since she heard this episode!
