The Pros and Cons of Koreatown

Ah, the trendy, upscale neighborhood of Koreatown, Los Angeles, California. It's been the show's illustrious home since March 2009, and next week it gets left behind as the gang moves (further) west. Marc and Cioffi look at the good and the bad of K-Town.

The end of an era. As I've said before, the barn felt like just as much a character on the show as Marc, Tod, Mike, Johnny Nightmare, David DeMarco, Tracy, or the conspiracy guy. It's possum-filled stickam broadcasts were the highlight of Summer '09 for me.

R.I.P. Koreatown Barn. Let's hope the next owner erects a fitting tribute to the many hours of comedy that was made within its "walls." That or, you know, tears the place down to the studs.

I told you that you were going to miss the turkey gobble noise.

I forgot where Tod lives. Is there any chance that where you'll be moving is close to his neck of the woods? Just hoping beyond hope that one day he can return.

It's true, the barn does deserve a proper eulogy. It has housed a ton of great comedy and what will it be used for next? Actual barn type stuff? Some kind words for good karma would be a nice gesture.

The Barn needs to be sent of in a fitting style, so that means Viking funeral style - douse the content chair with light fluid, light it, and close the door.

William, you know that Tod is not allowed to podcast or hang out with his old guy friends. That was the condition for sleeping in the same bed as Tracy.

What'd I'd like to know, where is @TheSeena?

I just saw via twitter that Tod and Brit did the show. Can not wait for the show!

When I saw Marc's tweet about Tod I let out several peter griffin-esque girl squeals, just thinking about the shows made me do it again.

Me too Gio, but it will be bitter sweet to hear Todd. I wonder if his voice will have changed now that his testicles are in a jar on the mantle? What if he is unable to make every character sound like Bill Cosby?

I cannot flippin' wait to hear Tod. Seriously, I almost peed when I heard..

I grew up in Culver City (CCHS class of '82!) and I still live here. You've made a fine choice - it's a great town. Welcome!!!
