Letters From The Condo's Tenant Association
Since moving the show from Burbank, CA to the loft above their living room, Marc and Cioffi have apparently received some complaints from their neighbors and the tenant board of their condo complex. Braden from Corporate is in to present those complaints and see if the show can resolve them.

I am still waiting for my remote.
Are you still loving that Google TV now that everyone has blocked it based on the version of Flash it is running?
You guys forgot BOTH the FIRST and the SECOND rules of Fight Club.
Prepare to suffer the consequences.
Thanks for the Android app. I recall requesting the same approximately one year ago. For legal reasons, do we still have to call it the Low Budget FM app for your iPhone or iPod Touch? I recall a listener mailbag indicating we would, even if it is on Android.
#dong.
So about those Live Loft Video eps that were teased awhile back...
And no, I'm not talking about Marc exposing his junk via webcam to unsuspecting Asian teens. I'm talking Stickam baby!! C'mon guys... There's a whole new "generation" of fans who have never been exposed to the magic that was/is the Low Budget Stickam show! Not to mention us early adopters who want that biweekly tradition back. Do it!
I was a little put off cioffi didn't let braden know that he is the "Baddest Man In Town".... perhapes he wasn't wearing the belt that day.... indeed
So I just figured out that Braden is the voice of the long-ass "Low Budget Mail" intro. Since everyone who's ever been involved with the show has at one time or another been one of Marc's co-workers at his real job, I'll just assume the same about Braden. I like the idea that Marc bribes his co-workers to do production work and characters for this show in their spare time, and then writes them into the fictitious Low Budget universe where the show is run by a corporation with a legal department and everything. I also like the idea that in real life Braden, Marc, and Mike all get along, and it was decided early on that the hook of this character would be that Marc and Mike hate his guts. I'm sure they all get a kick out of the joke.
I liked how all of that went unsaid before...I feel as though I've just been informed that Santa Clause doesn't exist...
Probably the best episode so far
I have a backhanded compliment for the Low Budget Crew. Usually, I think the shows are pretty good, although they sometimes drag on too much. But this episode was excellent. Braden is the perfect straight man to Marc's and Mike's insanity. The antagonism between both groups was excellent and the talk of Corporate Low Budget FM was really entertaining. This is what all Low Budget FM shows should be, not just the occasionally awkward and overlong discussions between two horny twenty-somethings. Give us more Braden! We demand more Braden!
Oh, and I was laughing uncontrollably when Braden insisted, "Stacey, hang up the phone!" Classic.
