John Salwin Is Really Cold
It's a cold day in Southern California, and the barn is ill-equipped to handle such things. Marc and Tod attempt to keep Salwin on topic.

5 minutes does not make an episode, gentlemen. This was bonus content.
Sack up guys, I am looking at snow falling.
That being said, this episode *did* have more content than an hour long episode of any one of Ryan Wong's podcasts.
5 minutes???!!! WTF! 5 minutes does NOT count as an episode. This is what we commonly refer to as a 'punt' So what am i supposed to do today during my scheduled LBFM listening time (3:00-3:45pm est) am i supposed to actually WORK?? I think not! I will spend my LBFM time shuffling papers and staring at old emails on my computer screens, pretending to be extremely busy. I may even rush down the hall with a piece of paper in my hands so the boss will think im really ontop of things, but i will NOT work during LBFM time.
You're slowly ruining my life. We need hour long eps like Carolla and Frosty, Heidi and Frank. I'll gladly pay a subscription fee to you guys, i dont care what you charge. And add some merchandise, i'd love to have my boss lecturing me while i repeatedly poke a Tod Perry bobblehead with a pen.
We used to do 5 minute episodes all the time!
Well i must say, even though ONLY 5 mins long i laughed for the entire 5 mins. Then skirted authority for the next 35 to 40 mins.
Marc, you've spoiled us with consistent 35minute plus episodes over that last few months! Now we expect longer content! Thats a compliment, by the way. You guys are consistently funny.
You're supposed to preface the short episodes with Quickie!
I agree, no Quickie in the title + normal intro = MAJOR case of Low Budget Blue Balls (tm).
Still great stuff though, and to be fair I'd probably still complain even if they went to two hour episodes every day. Hey, what can I say? I love the show.
Yes, you *used* to do do short shows on Tuesday and Thursday. Then you expanded to 5 days a week and started calling them 'bonus content.
I guess it is just time for me to start up "Cioffi Talk" the internet talk show and podcast about all things Mike Cioffi. I expect to launch with a daily show, about an hour long. Fridays will have a special "all music" episode done by the interns who pick out the lead in and out music. I know you would not expect there to be enough content to fill an hour of content that recaps the daily happenings, dreams and aspirations, and sexual conquests of Mike Cioffi, but you would be wrong. Cioffi talk will be the soft launch of the "All Cioffi" network.
We expect to soon secure full "Life Casting" rights to Mike Cioffi, which will lead to a quad stream distribution platform. The main stream will be called "Cioffi POV" which will broadcast a full 1080P signal from a camera installed above the bridge of his nose. Stream two and three are "Tight 2" and "Wide Shot" which will respectively show a tight and a wide shot of who or what Cioffi is interacting with. Stream 4 will condense the average 16 waking hours of Mike Cioffi's day into an 8 hour program combining ONLY the most scintillating Cioffi content mixed from all three streams. Stream 4 will begin its broadcast day the second Mike's head hits the pillow, and will then repeat approximately twice throughout the following day.
"Life Casting: Mike Cioffi" will be made possible by our exclusively patented "LifeCast720" technology that blends redundant RedONE(tm) cameras that allows for expansion to both full 3D and 4k resolution broadcast and our unique microwave uplink system allowing for full duplex communication with the on board recoding system, camera, and transmitter. We also use our previously patented "Audio360" cranial array of 9 studio quality microphones so sensitive that if Mike thinks it you will hear it.
Lifecasting: MIke Cioffi will be powered by DieHard batteries held in the LifeCast720 control backpack worn by Mike Cioffi. 100% up time will be possible by hot-swapping any one of the six 12 volt lead acid 200 Ah batteries accessible by the 12 man support team that will be behind Mike 24 hours a day.
I'm just stoked coz of the fine choice of episode photo.
My agent is going to be pissed that this leaked early.
Yes, love the photo. Hey marc, it was my plan all along when i was begging for less quickies months ago mwahahahaha. once we get complacent with full length episodes we won't go back.
I'm sure we're the only ones getting this... "premium" users must get like hour long comedy.
good ep guys =D
Giovanni Rage Bomb (TM) in 5.... 4.... 3.... 2.....
Mike, we need to schedule your spine upgrade, what with the 200 pound halo and short ton on your back, I figure you should look something like the loader from Aliens when we are done.
Giovanni is actually in his happy place right now and living one side of a cassette at a time.
I couldn't quite decipher his tweets... though I gathered he was on cloud 9 about something. Did Dr. Spaz come through? (Sorry for the ACP content boys.)
