Both Monkeypants AND Mrs. Monkeypants enjoyed the shit out of the event. Spectacular view, great grub, top notch beer and wine.

Marc was quite busy, so I barely got to pay my respects to him but I spent a good deal of time talking to Cioffi, Tod, Salwin and Kyle as well as several folks who were 'friends and friends of friends.' I walked away marveling at how nice and friendly everyone was at the party.

The acoustics of the room and the 'flow' of the party did not lend themselves too well to listening in during the recording of the shows. I'm looking forward to hearing what was going on while I was breaking into the wine and listening to Freddie Tinkleman drop some knowledge.

I, oddly, didn't meet any other listeners. I do know there were others attending as I "won" a guy (Scott? Steve?) $20 by taking the 'listeners' attending number over the over/under. I didn't get any details, but did (unsuccessfully) request my vigorish.

I will definitely be hounding Marc & Co. for tickets to their next event.

I feel like we'd all be left amiss if in addition to the topic Cioffi brought up and spoke about(at length) we didn't also bring up Kittie Schizophrenia, Feline AIDS or even Hamster ED, I respect Cioffi's concern for mans 4 legged brother and his attempt to reach out on air.

Marc a boomerang is a lil more than a frisbee, I'd say kinda like if you put two rulers together in a v like shape and add a tad extra length(#DONG) I got one as a gift when my mom came back from Australia one time and attempted to use it out front of my apt complex, I got about two tries in before an elderly neighbor grabbed it and took it, I hadn't thought about that incident until I heard this show... I hope that old person died horribly, fucker stole the only Boomerang I ever got.
