Hopefully it gets out that Cioffi, being a sox fan, had nothing to do with the mix-up. Curt Schilling may come at you with his bloody sock.
Looks like everything is falling in line for Cioffi's rise to power in Los Angeles. I imagine getting in with the cops is one of the hardest parts in setting up an organization. Good fortune indeed.
