It plays much better as an audio podcast, it was vastly better than it was live somehow.
Barry seems very nice but perhaps is not the best fit for LBfm, AJ was a superior "guest" and we didn't even have Tod on those shows.
I suggest people rent "Punchline" Tom Hanks is essentially playing Barry or a version of him, terrible, terrible movie.
I'm calling for a redo, the guys should schedule an emergency stickam show to get this last ones oddness out of the viewers/listeners minds, going back and listening to the ep with Katie should be interesting, 1 hour of sadness and hilarity featuring Marc Chambers

Worst. Show. Ever.
This show was such a trainwreck. Barry Sobel was one unfunny over medicated comedian. He made sure to trash the hosts and the show any time Marc and Tod tried to advance the topic or make a joke. He's a hack! Worst guest ever narrowly edging out the podfather Mr. Wang which was no small feat.

OK OK I LIED!! The only funny part of this episode was when Marc and/or Tod tried to grab the show back. Sobel not only was NOT funny, he was an ass!
So I listened to this one Friday "on the go" and just couldn't make heads or tails of it, so I finally listened intently today at work and...um...yeah. Sobel is generally a very funny dude, but not on Low Budget. The format and dynamic of the show just did not mesh with his comedic sensibilities. I can't IMAGINE what the Stickam chat must have been like during this ep...
I agree that this was better w/o the video... but I still can't figure out why I subjected myself to this again.
