The News Monster: September 11th, 2009

The McDonald's Filet O' Fish comes from an 'unlikely place,' taking girls ghost-hunting for dates, smacking kids upside the head with a flip flop, craving dong and more. Plus: John gets Hite'd on several times by Intern Ashley.

I feel like this is how the Marc Tracy and Tod show would have ended had they kept her on for a few more days.

You guys suck! I know it's just a bit but you guys suck! You guys are fucking sick! That was extremely "painful" to listen to. Yech!

Looks Like Chewie needs a trip out to the barn to settle his hash, I'll have you know it was not a bit Chewie, LBfm kills people, yeah that's right they kill bitches and chop them up into pieces, you can't handle that Chewie than get the fuck out before we turn you into an armoire, you stumbled onto the wrong show.

That episode was comedy brilliance we don't idiots telling Marc and Tod what to do, I'm worried they will never be able to top this unless of course they follow through with setting Randy Wang on fire and burning him in effigy like Laxdude wrote about in his journal.

As soon as Ashley was introduced i thought "well Marc must have a new girlfriend" then i thought "i wonder if Tod is aware of these events???" Will the podcast soon be renamed The Ashely, Marc, John Salwin, a few microphones, a baby racoon, some air and other molecules and (finally) Tod Show?? Poor Tod.

Whoa - strong 8mm reference Gio, I can totally see John in a "Machine" type role. I think the depths of John's true dark side have yet to be fully explored on the show.

The gang's verbal abuse of Intern Ashley was hilarious as well, I wonder if she was the same Ashley from TACS. If so, was Marc more successful with the ladies at KLSX then he let on?

Oh and "snus" tag = win.

The more I hear this ep the more genius I discover, they didn't led on at all, the "acting" was flawless or as close to flawless as Marc can get, the sounds, the screams, it's all comedy gold.

I have heard conceptual and odd meta stuff on commentary tracks but nothing like this and I've never heard anything like this on a podcast, I don't know how you're going to top this, it would be so rad if you never addressed it and for the longest time nothing similar ever happened, maybe even some other female guests, nothing then out of nowhere you kill some other guest and just have it be something the show does "Semi Annual Lbfm Guest Murder" but never talks about.

I would love to see somebody work what happened in this ep into an itunes review, hahahahahaha!

Poor Tod? Polly - did you say "poor Tod?" Uh... 'Poor Tod' was the one complaining that his arm hurt after ONLY 10 plunges of the knife into POOR ASHLEY! I think Tod is above the pity threshold and deserves our awe! It took him only 10 thrusts of that knife when it took that incarcerated woman 30!

TOD RULES!

Ashley we loved ya! RIP
