From the East Village Tavern & Bowl in San Diego, Marc and Tod report on their experience at the 2009 San Diego Comic Con. Guys have a strange way of ogling attractive girls at the convention, pamphleteers prey on the weak-willed nerds and much more.

This was really good, i'll bet the "off air" bits were hilarious too.
Tod's "Get on the Bus" talk killed me and it was great to hear Yanira!
OMG - can you just hear it - A Southern family unknowingly visits San Diego for the first time ever during Comic Con week. They would go home, shaking their heads about all them there weirdos that live there. Ha!
You guys need to have Yanira on the show again. Next time put her in the center and get her to chime in!
BTW - Dental care does not = health care! That would be like saying plastic surgery = health care. NOT!
GREAT show!
It kind of pisses me off how you guys try to pretend you're NOT nerds. Specifically, I'm thinking of Tod's theory that nerds love Subway and Marc citing Mike Cioffi as supporting that theory. So basically, Mike is Marc and Tod's nerd whipping boy: they make fun of him when he's not there and that allows them to carry on this charade of pretending to not be nerds. Then of course, there's this whole business of Tod being "forced" to attend Comic Con, like he's above all this, like he's too hip for this crowd. Come on, Tod, you compared the word "Trekkie" to the N-word! It's on tape, you can't deny it! This is so your crowd! Honestly, what are you guys trying to prove?!
I would say Marc & Mike are the real Nerds. Tod is more the Geek. IMO
And Cioffi wishes he were someone's whipping boy. ;-)
Who did the intro on this ep it was bugging me all day my guesses are
1. John with a bad cold/congestion
2. Randy Wang doing a subpar Salwin VO
3. John after he sniffed a whole 8-ball to the dome in one evening.
I sure hope it was number 3, although I don't have that kind of money.
