So, the date of the "next recording session" has long come and gone, and still no new episodes have been released in a month. Is the show on hiatus yet again?
I hope you guys got money from the new Hunger Games movie using your turkey gobble. I assume you guys spent a lot of time making it and they totally used it in the first two minutes of the movie.
Marc and Tod discuss bands who don't "play the hits" at concerts. Plus: german brothels are offering bargain-basement pricing and all sorts of fun rewards, and more.
I always figured the # of hits a band should play in concert is directly related to both venue size and ticket price. If paid less than $15 for a ticket, I really don't care what I hear. But if i'm paying $60 to see AC/DC with 60,000 other people, I better not hear more than 1 track off the "new album."
Yeah, in addition, I think there should be a "Drug Corollary." For instance, if one were going to see, say Phish, one could have a great time, without knowing ANY songs, and possibly without even realizing you were at a concert.
At least that's my plan when Phish comes to Fenway Park May 31. Hypothetically of course.
I agree 100% with Andy, however, in AC/DC's case, they can multiple songs off the new album as long as the title contains the word "Balls," "Power," or "Rock," or if there is a cannon solo in the middle of the song.

If Hootie covered "Freaks of the Industry," then I absolutely love that band.
