July 29, 2011: Celebrity Cameos, News Monster, Ignorant Offensive Jokes

In an effort to boost ratings, the show considers killing off a regular cast member and replacing them with a celebrity. But which celebrity? Salwin tackles the News Monster. Pranking is discussed. Cioffi and Marc extoll the merits of drunken forklift driving vs. sober forklift driving. Sadly offensive jokes are told, which the show apologizes for in advance. (Lost episode! Recorded weeks ago and never posted. Enjoy.)

The show is dabbling in Ustream and it's left Marc totally unprepared. Marc's off to Comic Con this week, and Cioffi is not invited to stay in his room. There's a couple of critical issues coming up for the show: a massive freeway closure in LA will impact recording, as will a massive nerd convention in San Diego. Cioffi is pleased that the Miley Cyrus pictures he hid all over Marc's room were finally discovered. Cioffi helps you lock in your picks for the FIFA Women's World Cup. Marc pitches a couple TV shows: Killin' Time and Die Die Die.

July 11, 2011: Anti-Freschetta Sentiments, Wes Zaarly, News Monster

Cioffi feels like there's still some very real anti-Italian sentiments in the world, but Marc and Salwin disagree. Cioffi's also very offended by the presence of gouda cheese on the new Freschetta pizzas. The U.S. Census form is confusing, and will come between you and your heritage. Marc and Cioffi hung out with Wes from Zaarly over the weekend. Plus: British accents and the News Monster.
